Vacancy1 Vacancy Job Description Clear understanding and knowledge about structural works and scaffolding Clear understanding and knowledge about construction drawings Excellent labor management and distribution for daily works Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring that all work is performed according to specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and efficient workflow on-site.Enforce safety protocols and conduct safety meetings to foster a culture of safety awareness among all site personnel.Manage site logistics, including site setup, equipment usage, and waste management to optimize site efficiency.Liaise with project managers and engineers to discuss project status, timelines, and resource allocation.Train and mentor junior staff and laborers, promoting skill development and teamwork on-site.Desired Candidate Profile1 .
