With a commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability, we strive to achieve the extraordinary in every project.Job Description The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management of projects, ensuring the technical, schedule, and financial goals are met as set by management and in accordance with the contract terms and conditions.Implement and enforce site regulations and personnel discipline measures.Ensure project scope, performance, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements are met.Manage risks across all project aspects, from cost estimation during tendering to site constraints and mitigation strategies.Report predominantly from the site to management at agreed intervals.Coordinate necessary design work for project execution.Approve key commercial, administrative, or technical documents and correspondences with clients or consultants, following company guidelines.Oversee project performance and administrative activities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, invoicing, and accounting.Monitor and follow up on change orders, additional works, variations, and claims, assisting with claims identification.Analyze work performance regularly and assess consequences as needed.Lead contractual negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers.Manage project handover procedures with clients and their representatives within the scheduled timeframe.Follow up on invoice acceptance.Control costs throughout the project by comparing budgeted vs. actual expenses monthly.Delegate tasks and organize project activities efficiently.Develop and implement work schedules, method statements, and other requirements to optimize project execution.Maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation, including material submittals and specifications, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.Coordinate resource allocation with other divisions.Prepare for pre- and post-contract phases, understanding contractual issues.Approach potential clients to acquire new projects.Lead the tender process following company guidelines.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputed university.Minimum of 10 years of experience managing RTA infrastructure and road bridge projects.Additional Information Excellent management, planning, analytical, and organizational skills.Strong team-building and leadership qualities with good interpersonal skills.Proficient computer skills and strong English reading and writing abilities.Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Project Management Industries Construction #J-18808-Ljbffr
