Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced, diligent and fastidious Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. They will ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner without exceeding budget.A well-established and rapidly expanding business, New Evolution is a leading luxury interior design company specializing in delivering high quality, intricately detailed and bespoke décor.The right candidate will be self-motivated, organized and have excellent interpersonal skills. They will have an in-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials and health and safety on site. Possessing the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, they should be confident coordinating a team of professionals, overseeing all aspects of the building process.Responsibilities Site supervision and coordination with laborers, subcontractors, and stakeholders involved in the projects.Ability to plan and schedule tasks on each assigned project including required equipment, materials, and labor.Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.Develop a detailed project schedule and weekly reports to monitor and track progress.Manage adjustments to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Knowledgeable with major developers and authorities' requirements such as Dubai Municipality inspections and other testing requirements.Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.Prepare comprehensive project progress reports to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.Perform other related duties as assigned.5 to 8 years of proven experience as a Site Project Manager for an Interior Fit-out or Construction company. #J-18808-Ljbffr
