Sr. Interior designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Interior Designer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This is an onsite position where you will lead our interior design projects from concept through to completion. You will be responsible for delivering high-end, creative and functional designs that meet our client's needs and surpass their expectations.Responsibilities Lead interior design projects by planning, developing, and executing high-quality designs.Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and translate them into innovative design solutions.Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure cohesive project success.Manage the entire design process, from concept development through to final installation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering an environment of learning and professional growth.Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs.Requirements for the role Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.Minimum of 5 years' experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.Proficiency in design software such as Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.Exceptional creativity and an innovative approach to design.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, suppliers, and team members effectively.Knowledge of local and international interior design standards and regulations.Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.Perks and Benefits Competitive salary with performance bonuses.Opportunity to work on prestigious projects in Dubai and beyond.A collaborative, supportive, and creative work environment.Continuous professional development opportunities through workshops and training. #J-18808-Ljbffr
