Qatar Duty Free is currently recruiting for a Food & Beverage Team Leaderto join the Qatar Duty Free Food & Beverage Department. Your role is to assist the Duty Manager and Supervisor in managing the shift operations of F&B outlets, focusing on sales, customer service, stock merchandising, staff allocation, cash spot-checks, and shift closing to ensure service standards and customer satisfaction are maintained at the highest level. Operational Accountabilities Include Coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing work of porters and service team members, ensuring all tasks are carried out safely, timely, and efficiently. Maintain proper documentation and records of cleaning materials, food management, weekly stock, and reports to comply with HCE (Health Conscious Establishment) standards. Monitor stock issues to maximize sales and maintain outlet appearance. Assign staff deployment weekly to ensure high service standards. Perform cash spot-checks during shifts to monitor discrepancies. Conduct shift training to ensure consistent high service standards. Monitor sales targets during shifts and motivate staff to achieve them. Serve meals and beverages according to standards, order daily requisitions based on PAR stock levels, and ensure item availability. Minimize food wastage through proper ordering and stock management. Check and rotate nearly expiry products properly across locations. Manage food transfers in and out of the outlet. Oversee cleaning activities within the outlet and F&B facilities with sanitation team support to uphold hygiene standards. Perform other duties as directed by the Head of Department. Proven ability to manage staff daily. Experience in a structured, hygienic environment adhering to international standards. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks regularly. Capable of working under deadlines and pressure. Creative and innovative, able to develop effective solutions. Knowledge of other POS systems.
