We partner with leading DAOs, De Fi protocols, and NFT communities to enable reputation-based systems of contribution, ownership, and governance. Our mission is to make on-chain work viable, sovereign, and reward-aligned—without relying on Web2 dependencies.Key Responsibilities: Build and manage partnerships with De Fi protocols, DAO treasuries, and liquidity networks Coordinate multi-chain integrations across Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, and similar ecosystems Develop and manage incentive programs aligned with governance processes Contribute to strategy across liquidity provisioning, ve Token systems, and treasury coordination Analyze partner activity and liquidity performance using on-chain analytics tools Who You Are: 3+ years of experience in De Fi business development or DAO partnerships Hands-on experience structuring staking programs, liquidity deals, or token-based collaborations Strong understanding of governance models, ve Token mechanics, and ecosystem coordination Comfortable with blockchain analytics tools (e.g., Dune, De Fi Llama, Nansen)Active network within De Fi protocols and treasury stakeholders preferred Why Join Web3Space?Work directly with DAO treasuries, liquidity protocols, and governance ecosystems Influence incentive design, liquidity strategies, and partnership frameworks Fully remote, async-first culture with strategic ownership Join a team of Web3-native contributors building decentralized infrastructure Salary: $130,000–$220,000.
