It also involves supporting operational duties such as housekeeping and maintaining visual presentation standards as assigned by the Store Management Team.Key Responsibilities Hospitality and Guest Service Provide visual cues for guests that create a positive first impression, e.g., wearing proper, clean, and pressed career wear, maintaining a clean parking lot/exterior, and an inviting dining area.Follow the Always Fresh procedure to ensure products are fresh and accurate.Deliver outstanding guest service with a friendly attitude, attentive behavior, and strong product knowledge.Enhance guest experience by following the S.E.T. Principles: Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You.Ensure order accuracy and prompt greeting within 5 seconds at the front counter and drive-thru.Work efficiently to meet speed of service targets and handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.Store Operations Follow all operational standards for product preparation.Prepare products according to training and ensure order accuracy.Communicate product needs to ensure availability.Record temperatures of products regularly.Policies and Procedures Attend all store meetings and functions.Follow restaurant policies, procedures, and standards.Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked front counter.Follow sanitation guidelines and proper handwashing techniques.Cashiering Handle payments accurately and issue receipts, refunds, or change.Count cash at the beginning of shifts to ensure accuracy.Keep checkout areas clean and orderly.Health & Safety Comply with occupational health and safety legislation.Follow safe work practices and use personal protective equipment as required.Report injuries, unsafe conditions, and incidents to the Manager.Additional Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Retail, Customer Service #J-18808-Ljbffr
