Responsibilities (Text Only) Prioritize - Perform and review analysis of present and future financial performance, financial plans (e.g., expected returns, resource allocation, investment opportunities), and economic transactions (e.g., customer deals, commercial partnerships) for modern work & security products. Understand competitive market insights, provide thought leadership to challenge business leads around new business opportunities and growth road map landscape. Deliver results through tracking performance, report accuracy, and partnering with business leaders to ensure execution of plans and accountability for results. Manage the rhythm of the business including monthly close, recurring business review preparation, and future outlooks. Generate relevant insights to drive the business forward. Develop and leverage relationships with customers and partners to enhance consumption and usage, understand and manage business risks. Collect customer feedback and apply data analysis to improve customer experience. Build strong relationships with senior business partners and customers. Design and negotiate solutions to complex financial issues, and engage with customers and partners on their wider relationships with Microsoft. Serve as an advocate for Microsoft and its customers, understanding their businesses to plan growth. Balance customer centricity, enablement of sales, and cost effectiveness. Partnership - Share business insights and develop solutions and action plans to support business and leader goals. Provide insights into industry benchmarks, trends, and performance improvements. Facilitate resolution of complex issues. Manage processes through stakeholder engagement. Apply understanding of the broader Microsoft context to offer solutions that meet organizational objectives. Develop strategies to mitigate macroeconomic and geopolitical risks. Articulate comprehensive views of financial results and recommend actions based on deep understanding of business contexts. Design new approaches for collecting and evaluating financial data to influence future outcomes. Drive improvements in data management and automation. Use advanced technology to deepen analysis and facilitate decision-making. Translate complex data and results into clear narratives and forecasts, providing clarity to senior leaders. Develop actionable plans based on multi-year and ambiguous results, demonstrating awareness of business partner situations. Protect - Promote a culture of compliance with Microsoft policies on risk, security, and privacy. Influence leadership to prioritize compliance, instill trust, and champion best practices.
