The ideal candidate must have strong organizational skills excellent communication and proficiency in computer usage.Key Responsibilities: Manage Appointments & Schedule: Organize meetings calendar appointments and personal schedules efficiently.Phone & Email Handling: Answer phone calls make necessary appointments and respond to emails using Gmail.Documentation & Correspondence: Draft proofread and manage documents ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Travel Arrangements: Make necessary travel bookings including flights and accommodation.Errands & Personal Assistance: Run errands and assist with personal tasks as needed by the executive.Qualifications & Skills: Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and Gmail.
