Accountant - Corporate Services Provider
Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and providing financial analysis and advice to clients. Your primary focus will be on businessmen services, including business setup, corporate structuring, and related advisory services. Organize and ensure compliance with financial discipline within the company. Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements for both internal and client-facing purposes. Utilize Zoho Books to manage and oversee financial transactions. Interact with banks to control receivables, payables, and monitor financial obligations. Process payments efficiently through online banking systems. Settle accounts with clients, including both cash and non-cash transactions. Monitor and control expenses made using corporate cards and cash. Generate monthly financial reports for clients and internal operations. File VAT returns, including tax collection invoices, and manage CIT and VAT registration and filing for clients. Correct and adjust tax invoices to ensure compliance. Handle payments to contractors and suppliers. Support the auditing process, including preparation of required reports and documentation. Perform one-time assignments within the scope of functional duties. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience of more than 3 years as an Accountant, preferably in businessmen services or professional services industry with VAT registration and bookkeeping experience. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP. Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and analysis. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with international accounting standards and multi-currency transactions is a plus. Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills (Russian) could be advantageous.
