Overview The Armaments, Avionics & Survival Equipment Workshop Team Leader is responsible for ensuring all aircraft maintenance work complies with approved data and quality standards. Reporting to the Deputy Depth Maintenance Manager, this role oversees organization, administration, control, and efficiency of Part 145 Bay Operations. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee aircraft maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with data and quality standards.Plan and coordinate maintenance events, optimize facility capacity, and ensure timely delivery of work packages.Interact with QAF support staff and customers, providing necessary reports and data.Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.Manage production control workflows and ensure adherence to schedules.Lead and develop team members, ensuring ongoing training and competency. Requirements Completion of an engineering apprenticeship or a recognized degree in aeronautical, mechanical, electrical, electronic, or avionic engineering.At least 2 years of practical experience in aviation safety standards and aircraft maintenance.Minimum 6 months recent experience on relevant aircraft types.Knowledge of aviation safety, regulatory frameworks, and safety management systems.Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.IT literacy and a valid driving license.
