This role involves identifying new business opportunities, negotiating partnerships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and management of partner relationships.Key Responsibilities: Source brokers using market intelligence and in-depth research to expand the agent network in the assigned territory.Screen potential brokers (individual & corporate) to promote the company's products.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, brokers, and industry stakeholders.Identify and engage potential partners to explore new business opportunities and enhance market presence.Develop strategies to strengthen existing partnerships and drive mutual growth.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the property development sector.Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the client base and market reach.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of initiatives.Lead negotiations and discussions with potential partners, brokers, and stakeholders to secure advantageous terms.Draft and review partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements.Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape.Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to support strategic decisions.Coordinate with project teams to ensure successful implementation of partnerships.Support the development and execution of joint marketing and promotional activities with partners.Prepare and present reports on activities, performance, and market insights.Maintain accurate records of agreements, activities, and metrics.Collaborate with marketing to develop partner outreach strategies.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.Qualifications: Proven experience (2-3 years) in business development, partner relations, or similar roles, preferably within property development/real estate or customer-centric sectors such as Insurance, Banking, Airlines, or Luxury Retail.Strong understanding of the property development market, trends, and the competitive landscape.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities with a strategic, results-oriented approach.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Sales, Business Development, and Others Industries Real Estate, Banking, Insurance Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Refine Development Management by 2x Get notified about new Business Development Executive jobs in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
