Vacancy: 1 Job Description The Senior Insurance Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing client’s corporate insurance policies and claims. This role ensures comprehensive risk coverage, cost-effectiveness, and regulatory compliance. It involves coordination with internal departments, insurers, and brokers to protect client assets and financial interests. Responsibilities Claims Management: Oversee and manage insurance claims related to property damage, liability, employee benefits, and other risks. Investigate claims, ensuring timely processing and settlement. Coordinate with stakeholders and insurers to facilitate claims resolution. Maintain records of claims and settlements. Risk Assessment and Analysis: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential losses. Recommend risk mitigation strategies, including insurance and alternative transfer methods. Analyze industry trends and benchmark coverage and costs. Financial and Reporting Responsibilities: Prepare reports on insurance coverage, claims, and financial impacts. Monitor expenses and ensure alignment with budgets. Assist in audits related to insurance. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with procurement, legal, engineering, and operations teams. Advise senior management on insurance matters. Develop training programs on insurance policies and claims procedures. Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CII, CPCU, ARM) are an advantage. Minimum 10 years’ experience in insurance management, preferably in utility, energy, or infrastructure sectors. Strong knowledge of insurance policies, risk management, and claims processing. Familiarity with Qatar’s regulatory frameworks. Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
