Overview As a Startup Mentor, you will play a key role in supporting early-stage and growth-stage founders by offering insights, strategic guidance, and real-world experience. This is an opportunity to contribute to a global initiative that’s shaping the future of entrepreneurship.Responsibilities Mentor startup founders in your area of expertise (AI, Defence, Bio Tech, Manufacturing, etc.)Share knowledge on strategy, fundraising, scaling, leadership, and market entry Participate in structured mentoring sessions (virtual and in-person where possible)Provide constructive feedback on business models, pitches, and go-to-market strategies Collaborate with the Startup Now team to strengthen the global mentor ecosystem Qualifications10+ years of professional experience (entrepreneur, operator, investor, or domain expert)Proven track record of building, scaling, or advising startups/enterprises Past experience in Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, Software Engineering Domains is a plus.Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills Note: This is a non-commercial role (pro bono/voluntary), designed for professionals who want to share their expertise and strengthen the global startup community. #J-18808-Ljbffr
