Assistant Manager - Parts Planning & Inventory Control Join to apply for the Assistant Manager - Parts Planning & Inventory Control role at Galadari Brothers.Key Responsibilities: Assist in parts procurement by preparing, reviewing, and finalizing orders for Mazda, Mahindra, and Veedol to ensure timely supply and availability.Manage critical parts by reviewing daily requests and sourcing from GCC/VOR channels to reduce shortages.Coordinate with suppliers to follow up on long-pending backorders (B/O), urgent VOR needs, and resolve supply issues.Review EPC data and seasonal requirements to ensure adequate stock of new model and high-demand parts.Maintain the parts master database, including substitute part mapping and cleaning supersession data to improve accuracy.Coordinate with branches for inter-branch transfers, emergency supply arrangements, and regular replenishment of branch stock.Support local procurement of tyres, batteries, and other consumables, ensuring compliance with Galadari’s stock policy.Assist in inventory liquidation by preparing special pricing offers for dead/slow-moving items with support from SCM and Parts In-charge.Develop parts packages for new and existing vehicles (service menus, maintenance kits, etc.).Track lost sales and integrate recurring part numbers into the ordering system to enhance parts availability.Analyze monthly inventory performance and recommend optimization strategies to SCM and the National Parts Manager (NPM).Coordinate international RS and freight payments, while negotiating with shippers to reduce landed cost.Support physical stock counts and ensure discrepancies are minimized during annual warehouse inventory.Ensure proper documentation by maintaining clear records and filing systems for audits and compliance.Execute ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned by SCM and NPM in line with evolving business needs.Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive spare parts planning or inventory management.Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred.Knowledge of automotive parts cataloging and warehouse processes.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team coordination abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
