Under the guidance of the Director of Food & Beverage or authorized management, ensure all guests have an engaging, dynamic experience. Lead and drive Mondrian Doha’s vision by ensuring all F&B employees use established tools. Responsible for coordinating, supervising, and directing outlet operations while maintaining profitability and high-quality service. Promote business ideas, reduce employee turnover, manage budgets, and uphold quality standards. How your day looks like? Promote outlet business and increase database contacts Maintain professional relationships with all third-party F&B partners Ensure outlet standards are consistently maintained in line with Mondrian standards Ensure compliance with local liquor, health, and sanitation regulations Manage and direct bar staff during shifts and events Uphold uniform and grooming standards Communicate effectively with staff (verbal, email, memos) Monitor performance against budgets Manage inventory within budgeted costs Seek and produce revenue-generating events Ensure staff provides engaging, dynamic guest experiences Monitor service and product quality Coordinate staff scheduling needs Provide ongoing staff training Coordinate menu sponsorships and product placement Coordinate with Engineering and Housekeeping for maintenance Interview and assess employee performance Seniority level Director Employment type Full-time Job function Management and Manufacturing Industries Hospitality Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Accor by 2x.#J-18808-Ljbffr
