Each space has been thoughtfully conceived with creativity and innovation, designed to inspire, stimulate imagination and curiosity, and spark a love of learning.Position Summary The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing our Restaurant operations ensuring high standards of the guest experience, safety, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will be an experienced food and beverage leader able to ensure that policies, guidelines, and procedures are consistently met; while serving as a mentor, nurturing team skills, and supporting their professional growth.Compensation: AED 12,000 + benefits per month Job Requirements Bachelor's in Hospitality Management preferred High level of computer literacy Understanding of financial concepts Understanding of local laws, culture, and policies Passion for hospitality, food, and retail Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills Experience3+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail Experience working with children and families preferred Certification of Basic Hygiene Training & Person in Charge Training preferred Skills Required Ability to effectively communicate with guests, suppliers, and team members Problem-solving skills Leadership skills (overseeing Restaurant team members)Ability (and enthusiasm) to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment Ability (and enthusiasm) to work in a culturally diverse environment Responsibilities Restaurant Leadership: Take charge of the Restaurant operations, overseeing all aspects of supplies ordering, food preparation, menu development, execution quality, and guest service Team Management: Lead and inspire the team, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring seamless coordination. Forecast and adequately schedule team members to meet operational needs Guest Service: Constantly enhance the guest experience to cater to a diverse range of customers, including children. Ensure friendly, courteous, and efficient service to all guests Training and Development: Mentor and train team members, nurturing their skills, and supporting their professional growth Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste, ensuring consistency across all dishes and adhering to relevant health and safety regulations Inventory and Cost Control: Ensure that adequate products are ordered to service each event. Manage inventory levels, minimize waste, and ensure efficient utilization of ingredients while maintaining budgetary guidelines Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and team members Supplier Management: Ensure that adequate products are ordered to service each event. Coordinate payments and contracts Creative Development: Collaborate with other teams to create new interactive and fun F&B ideas according to museum events and activations, and customer preferences Operations: Understand all menus, product offerings, packaging, and pricing. Plan menus, promotions, and programs. Ensure all areas have proper displays and merchandise. Achieve daily sales and assigned cost goals. Develop and achieve budget goals. Effectively verify all opening and closing inventories. Execute required admin and reporting (daily and monthly) in a timely manner. Ensure proper cash handling procedures are being performed. Ensure all security, safety, and sanitation standards are executed. Ensure complete maintenance of equipment, including preventative schedule. Ensure quality standards are always maintained.
