Description
You will be responsible for functioning as the production manager for bakery and pastry products in the culinary department. Your role will include ensuring that all bakery and pastry products across outlets meet established standards and specifications, contributing to profitability, and aligning with the standards of Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas. Additionally, you will oversee the bakery and pastry department in accordance with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, while fulfilling employee, guest, and owner expectations.Qualifications Ideally, candidates should have an apprenticeship or professional diploma in Food Production. A minimum of 2 years of work experience as an Executive Pastry Chef or Pastry Chef in a larger operation is required.
