Additionally, you will oversee the bakery and pastry department in accordance with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. Qualifications Ideally, candidates should have an apprenticeship or professional diploma in Food Production. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Pastry Chef or Pastry Chef in a larger operation is required.
