Zealtouch is looking for a fluent English-speaking Tech CSR to join our support team. You’ll assist users via calls, chat, and email, handle KYC verifications, approve registrations, and detect fraud or suspicious activity.
This is not a sales role — we’re seeking a problem-solver who can guide users clearly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Provide inbound & outbound support via calls, chat, and email
Guide users through KYC and onboarding processes
Review and approve registrations after due diligence
Monitor and identify potential fraud or suspicious activities
Collaborate with internal teams to elevate issues
Maintain detailed logs of interactions and support cases
Use CRM and calling tools effectively to manage workflows

Job Specification
Fluent English (spoken & written) — must be confident on calls
4+ years of experience in customer support (preferably in fintech or crypto)
Strong understanding of KYC, compliance, and fraud detection
Comfortable using calling tools, CRMs, and support platforms
Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
Prior experience in a remote support environment
