Ali & Sons Group is seeking a Tax Manager to drive the Group Tax strategy across all markets where the company operates. This role will be responsible for managing tax operations, compliance, transfer pricing, and tax accounting while ensuring adherence to international tax regulations.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute group tax strategies aligned with company objectives and regulatory requirements.Ensure the accurate and timely filing of all Tax Returns as per country-specific tax calendars.Stay updated on tax legislation changes and assess their impact on the business.Identify opportunities to optimize tax positions and mitigate tax risks.Provide training and guidance to the tax team and relevant stakeholders within Finance, Accounting, and Internal Control.Ensure compliance with Transfer Pricing Regulations and maintain proper transfer pricing documentation.Work with SAP & Oracle systems for tax-related data extraction and reconciliation.Qualifications & Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in an international tax environment (Big 4 experience is a plus).Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CA, ACCA, or CMA; MBA preferred).UAE Tax experience is required.Strong tax technical skills and tax accounting knowledge.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
