Job Title: Patient Relations Executive / Call Centre Executive Job Overview: We are looking for a compassionate and customer-focused Patient Relations Executive / Call Centre Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing outstanding service and support over the phone and in person. Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of Arabic, Chinese, or Russian is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups Provide clear and courteous information about services, procedures, and availability Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers to ensure a smooth experience Resolve patient concerns with professionalism and empathy Support front desk or reception tasks when needed Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate communication Requirements: Fluency in English (mandatory); knowledge of Arabic, Chinese, or Russian is a strong advantage Previous experience in a call centre or patient relations role, preferably in the healthcare industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or hospital management systems Empathetic, patient-oriented, and detail-focused Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
