Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to evaluate new manufacturing technologies and processes, providing data-driven recommendations for improvements. Develop detailed project plans that outline scope, resources, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. Utilize CAD software to create and modify equipment layouts, ensuring optimal workflow and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Implement and maintain quality control processes to uphold product standards, including the analysis of defects and the development of corrective actions. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and components, negotiating terms and ensuring timely delivery to meet production schedules. Provide technical support and training to production staff on new equipment and processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development. Monitor project progress through regular status reports and meetings, adjusting plans as necessary to address challenges and ensure project success. Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement, using insights to drive innovation and enhance overall manufacturing performance. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards, conducting audits and implementing necessary changes to maintain a safe working environment. • Support the planning and execution of manufacturing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. •Assist in defining project scope, technical requirements, and key deliverables. •Coordinate between internal departments, suppliers, and contractors for seamless implementation. •Assist in identifying and procuring manufacturing equipment based on operational needs. •Supervise equipment installation, commissioning, and integration into production. •Ensure all machinery meets safety, regulatory, and performance standards. Civil Works & Facility Setup: •Collaborate with civil engineers and contractors on infrastructure setup and utility connections. •Monitor construction progress to ensure timely and compliant execution. •Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines. •Ensure proper testing and commissioning of machinery and processes. •Work with regulatory bodies to obtain necessary certifications and approvals. •Implement safety and quality control measures to meet industry standards. •Assist in sourcing and managing raw material supply chains. •Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability. •Monitor material costs and optimize supplier selection. •Assist in manpower planning, hiring, and onboarding of production staff. •Conduct training sessions on equipment operation, safety procedures, and best practices. •Ensure workers are well-equipped to handle production processes efficiently. •Track project costs and ensure expenses stay within budget. •Identify opportunities for cost-saving while maintaining quality and efficiency. •Prepare progress reports and technical documentation for management review. •Identify and troubleshoot operational challenges during project implementation. •Develop proactive solutions to minimize delays and inefficiencies. •Work closely with maintenance and engineering teams to address technical issues. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with a strong foundation in manufacturing principles. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in project management or engineering roles, showcasing a proven track record. Professional certifications such as Six Sigma Green Belt or PMP are highly desirable, demonstrating a commitment to quality and project management excellence. Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies, enabling the candidate to drive efficiency and waste reduction initiatives. Familiarity with CAD and simulation software, allowing for the effective design and analysis of manufacturing processes and equipment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions for process improvements. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders. A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities, capable of addressing challenges and implementing solutions swiftly. Demonstrated leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members towards achieving project goals. Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus, particularly for roles in multinational environments. Hands-on experience with machinery installation, testing, and process optimization. Knowledge of industrial safety regulations, quality assurance, and compliance requirements. Strong coordination skills to work with vendors, contractors, and internal teams. Experience with project planning tools and ERP systems is a plus.
