Thebrand was founded & is managed by 4 French friends, and belongs to Fractal Systems (110 employees) owned by thesame team. The activity is fast-paced, rewarding, and fun. Sales grew tremendously in the past year with the launch ofthe Take Off Foil assist, and will continue in 2025.Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. This position offers a uniqueopportunity to gain hands-on sales experience in a vibrant and luxury-driven market. The role involves selling ourcutting-edge electric surfboards to high-net-worth individuals and businesses operating in the watersports sector. Youwill be coached by our passionate team (ex-IBM, Air Liquide, ABB regional management).Key Responsibilities Identify and connect with potential end customers, including individuals with sustainable financial resources livingin premium locations such as Palm Jumeirah or other beachfront areas.Build relationships with B2B customers, including watersports centers and resorts, offering electric surfboards forrental or activities.Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the unique features and benefits of Manta Foils’ surfboards.Maintain detailed records of leads, prospects, and sales in the CRM system.Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on inquiries to ensure a smooth sales process.Requirements Experience in customer interaction, in a luxury, sports or service industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for watersports, and good physical strength (carrying heavy boards)Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.Fluency in English; French and/or Arabic are a plus.Compensation and Benefits Monthly fixed salary of AED 8,000 + Company car provided + Bonus.Opportunity to work in a dynamic and luxury-oriented market.Hands-on experience with a globally recognized brand & innovative products.How to Apply If you are enthusiastic about watersports and want to gain valuable salesexperience, we would love to hear from you.
