Overview Travel & Logistics Operations Specialist – IMI, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates With deployments across multiple regions, we’re looking for a Travel & Logistics Operations Specialist to take the lead in managing our business travel operations with precision, efficiency, and foresight. Beyond travel, the Logistics Operations Specialist will also contribute to other key logistics functions, including fleet coordination, driver management, and operational support, ensuring our teams move seamlessly wherever the work takes them.Key Responsibilities Own and manage the full cycle of business travel, from policies and vendor partnerships to bookings, visas, itineraries, and compliance.Build strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and agencies to secure the best rates and services for our global teams.Navigate the complexities of different destinations, ensuring smooth, cost-effective, and compliant travel for diverse projects worldwide.Oversee budgets, optimize processes, and deliver clear reporting on travel spend and efficiency.Coordinate fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are properly maintained, compliant, and available to meet business needs.Manage driver schedules, assignments, and performance to support safe, timely, and efficient transportation.Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.5–7 years of experience in the travel or airline industry, with hands-on expertise using a GDS tool (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre).Advanced PC skills, with strong proficiency in MS Office applications; advanced Power Point skills are a plus.Proven experience in corporate travel management and vendor negotiations.Ability to manage complex itineraries and international travel requirements (visas, compliance, medical, legal).Analytical mindset with the ability to balance cost-efficiency and seamless service delivery.A proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.About IMIIMI is a privately-owned, global media group headquartered in Abu Dhabi, UAE, with operations across 19 countries.
