You’ll work closely with production, technical, and operations teams, coordinating all site activity to make sure everything is delivered on time, to spec, and without a hitch.What You’ll Do Manage Site Activity – Supervise all on-site works including setup, breakdown, and live event phases. Enforce Site Safety & Regulations – Ensure compliance with health, safety, and venue requirements. Liaise with Contractors – Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and crew to ensure seamless delivery. Track Site Progress – Monitor timelines and solve issues proactively to avoid delays.️ Team Coordination – Manage and guide site crew and subcontractors to maintain high standards. Quality Assurance – Maintain quality control across all aspects of event delivery.About You Operationally Strong – Hands-on knowledge of site operations for large-scale events. A Natural Leader – Able to command respect and cooperation from on-ground teams. Safety-Focused – Always puts safety and compliance first. Detail-Oriented – Notices the small things that make a big difference.
