ACCOUNTANT CUM DOCUMENTATION

Prepare and manage customer and vendor invoices accurately and timely.Maintain and update company accounts including daily entries, bank reconciliation, and petty cash management.Monitor and analyze financial statements, including Profit & Loss reports.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.Handle shipment-related documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and other export/import paperwork.Coordinate with logistics partners, customs agents, and internal teams to ensure timely documentation and dispatches.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and applicable tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc.).Maintain proper records of inventory and procurement transactions.Assist with internal audits and support the finance team in day-to-day operations.Maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy at all times.Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in accounting and basic export/import documentation.Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or MS Excel.Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.Basic knowledge of shipment procedures and documentation will be an added advantage.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
