Description
Manage the company's bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, to maintain financial integrity. Draft and manage correspondence, ensuring all communications are professional and reflect the company's brand. Coordinate and schedule meetings, managing the executive calendar to optimize time and resources effectively. Maintain and organize company records, ensuring easy access to important documents for audits and compliance. Process payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries while adhering to all legal requirements. Support the management team with administrative tasks, freeing up their time for strategic decision-making. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in a second language being a significant advantage. Experience in a corporate environment, particularly within finance-driven organizations, is highly desirable. Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is preferred to demonstrate accounting expertise. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with various stakeholders. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
