Description
The Executive Pastry Chef is responsible for the daily execution of all assigned pastry food production and service, ensuring standards of quality, timeliness, cleanliness, and maintenance are met. Key responsibilities include managing pastry and food stocks, liaising with suppliers, supervising staff training, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also involves monitoring food costs, maintaining quality control, and ensuring proper documentation and cleanliness of storage areas.Qualifications: One to two years of experience in a public contact position, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.Proficiency in using computers and/or point of sale systems.Gracious, friendly, and fun demeanor with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Ability to work independently and foster teamwork.Remote Work: No Employment Type: Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
