This role combines your technical expertise with leadership skills to shape the vision, strategy, and execution of our frontend solutions.Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of frontend engineers. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on growth and delivery.Technical Expertise: Define and maintain best practices for frontend development, including coding standards, architecture, and testing. Oversee technical decisions and review code to ensure high-quality deliverables.Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with product managers and designers to define project requirements and timelines. Drive the implementation of new features and improvements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Collaboration & Communication: Act as the liaison between the frontend team and other stakeholders. Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.Technology Trends: Stay informed on emerging technologies and development trends, applying them to drive innovation and technical excellence.Skills And Attributes For Success Performance will be assessed based on measurable achievements, such as cost savings, reductions in productivity loss, defect-free delivery, adherence to policies and standards, and customer satisfaction scores.Ideally, you'll also need Deep market and domain knowledge.
