Prior experience in the UAE, preferably Abu Dhabi, is mandatory. Qualifications and Requirements: Degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field with 9 years of experience Prior experience in mega residential projects within a PMC/Construction team is mandatory UAE (Abu Dhabi) experience is mandatory Beneficial Qualifications: CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS, recognized safety programs, First Aid, Lifting Supervisor Certification, Traffic Management, Institutional Membership Responsibilities: Performance: Deliver site-wide logistics effectively by managing procurement of logistics contractors, setting and monitoring measurable goals Ensure the safe and efficient movement of labor, plant, and materials around the site Plan haul roads, laydown areas, external access, and offloading zones to minimize disruptions Maintain a secure, well-managed site with regular logistics meetings Manage workers' accommodation efficiently Develop processes, procedures, and induction programs Oversee supply chain movement plans and forecasting Ensure logistics activities do not constrain the project program Create site-specific safety manuals, emergency plans, and signage in line with branding Manage public access roads and security systems to ensure safety and efficiency Atkins Realis is committed to diversity, equality, and creating an inclusive environment for all employees and applicants.
