Senior Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Officer to join our team at a mega luxury residential and mixed-use project.Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual who can effectively manage site-wide logistics, including the procurement of a site-wide logistics management contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and monitoring the scope of services, ensuring orderly and safe movement of labour, plant, and materials around site, and planning the location of haul roads, laydown, external access, and offloading zones.In addition, the Logistics Officer will be responsible for creating a secure and well-maintained site, efficient and orderly management of worker's accommodation, development of processes and procedures, supply chain management, movement plans, and lookahead forecasting.The ideal candidate will have prior experience in mega mixed-use and residential projects as part of the PMC/Construction team and a degree in Engineering, Construction, or a similar field.
