This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced paraplanner to partner with a successful advisor and take their career to the next level.Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the advisor to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for clients, including investment strategies, retirement planning, tax planning, and estate planning- Conduct thorough research and analysis to support the advisor in making informed investment decisions- Prepare and maintain client reports, presentations, and other materials as needed- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and ensure a high level of service and satisfaction- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide relevant and accurate advice to clients- Assist in the development and training of junior paraplanners and support staff Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paraplanner, preferably in a wealth management or financial planning firm- Working knowledge of financial planning software and CRM systems- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Competitive salary and bonus structure- Professional development and training opportunities- Collaborative and supportive work environment If you are a driven and dedicated paraplanner looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a successful advisor and grow your career, we encourage you to apply for this position at Hoxton Wealth.
