Civil Draftsman cum Graphic Designer

· Design and prepare detailed electronic working plans, charts, and/or scale drawings for complex projects from observation, measurements, sketches, and specifications using Auto CAD and Revit software.· Interface with departmental personnel to obtain details of equipment and materials requirements.· Prepare electronic layouts, charts, detailed scale drawings, and material and equipment requirements from sketches, specifications, and standard layouts provided by customers, consultants, and/or departmental contacts; review and manipulate electronic files received from consultants and departmental contacts.· Revise computer-aided designs and plans to comply with modified specifications made during actual construction.· Provide technical guidance and direction in the interpretation and implementation of specifications and requirements and the procurement and use of Auto CAD/Revit files.· Identify dimensions, angles, curvatures, tolerances, materials, etc.· Prepare detailed lists of construction documents, maintain Revit Structure and Auto CAD Standards, study design briefs, and determine requirements.· Schedule projects and define budget constraints.· Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.· Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.· Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand.· Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.· Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce final designs.· Test graphics across various media.· Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand. #J-18808-Ljbffr
