World Abu Dhabi, Yas Waterworld, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, CLYMB Abu Dhabi, and numerous dining options.Role Overview An Assistant Chief Engineer manages all maintenance issues within the hotel, ensuring a high-quality guest and team member experience through daily checks, equipment repairs, and overseeing renovation projects.What Will I Be Doing Managing maintenance issues within the hotel Performing daily checks and repairs of mechanical equipment Conducting lift emergency release procedures as needed Building relationships with internal and external customers Maintaining hotel fixtures and fittings for safety Developing and implementing emergency and energy conservation programs Overseeing renovation projects, including bidding and contractor supervision Handling special projects and other assigned responsibilities Ensuring health and safety standards, including safety inspections and staff training What Are We Looking For Ideal candidates will demonstrate: Advanced knowledge of building management/engineering Positive attitude and good communication skills Commitment to high customer service standards Excellent grooming and professionalism Flexibility and ability to work under pressure Self-motivation and previous management experience Additional advantageous skills include: First Aid certification Vocational training in engineering or related fields What Will It Be Like to Work for Hilton Hilton is a leading global hospitality company known for luxurious hotels, resorts, and extended-stay accommodations.
