Job Description ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking an experienced Facilities Cleaning Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Qatar. This is a full-time, permanent position within the service industry, offering a unique opportunity to lead and manage a team of cleaning professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in facilities management and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Lead and supervise, train, and evaluate the team of cleaning staff to ensure all facilities are maintained to the highest standards. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee daily environmental services operations, including waste management, recycling, and sanitation. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained. Coordinate with other departments to address and resolve any cleaning-related issues promptly. Manage inventory of environmental supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and proper usage to ensure compliance with KPIs. Ensure all environmental services equipment is well-maintained and operational. Prepare reports for management as required. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred. Proven experience at least 3 Years' in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning and facilities management. Ability to develop and implement effective cleaning protocols. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using cleaning equipment and supplies. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods. Understanding of health and safety regulations. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Flexibility to work full-time hours and adapt to changing schedules as needed.
