This role is pivotal in ensuring system uptime, SLA adherence, and successful delivery of database-related projects.Ensure the security, integrity, and performance of Miral’s databases while collaborating with IT teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions aligned with business needs.Design and implement database structures, indexes, and views Monitor and optimize database performance and queries Perform root cause analysis and resolve performance issues Implement HA / DR strategies and validate backups Conduct regular security audits and enforce access policies Provide technical support and incident resolution Collaborate with developers and analysts to improve database functionality Qualifications Required : Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field Microsoft DB Administration Certification5+ years in a technical database role Preferred : MBA, ITIL Certification Experience with Oracle Fusion, Identity Cloud Service, No SQL (Cosmos DB, Postgre SQL)Ready to Make an Impact?If you're passionate about people, service, and creating a workplace where colleagues feel supported and valued — we’d love to hear from you.
