Description
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Artist Team Leader to lead and inspire our team of artists in delivering high-quality visual content. You will oversee the development and execution of visual assets, ensuring they align with project goals, brand standards, and creative direction. This role requires a blend of strong artistic skills, team management, and project coordination.Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 2D/3D artists, illustrators, animators, or designers.Translate project requirements and creative briefs into actionable tasks for the team.Ensure timely delivery of high-quality visual assets for projects, maintaining consistency and attention to detail.Provide regular feedback and art direction to team members to help them grow and meet quality standards.Collaborate with Art Directors, Producers, and other departments (e.g., Game Design, Marketing, Product) to ensure visual alignment across projects.Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and evaluating performance of artists.Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the team is always evolving.Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.Support the creation of style guides, asset libraries, and best practice documentation.Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Animation, or related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of experience in an artist role, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership capacity.Strong portfolio demonstrating a high level of artistic ability in your area of specialization (e.g., concept art, character design, 3D modeling).Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, Maya, ZBrush, etc.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to give constructive feedback and maintain a collaborative team environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. #J-18808-Ljbffr
