Expertise in curriculum development, implementation, and assessment through an equity lens. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Strong commitment to child safeguarding and promoting a safe learning environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Develop strategic plans with School Principals, the Corporate Academic team, and senior leadership to ensure equitable standards and instruction for every student. Direct and evaluate academic business units, including instructional improvement, curriculum and instruction, professional development, and student support services. Deliver written and oral presentations on academic accountability to stakeholders. Collaborate with the Head of Schools and leadership to evaluate and update curriculum programs based on observations and assessment results. Coordinate with the Head of Inclusion to ensure compliance with the UAE KHDA framework for all student services, including special education and RTI. Work with school systems, community agencies, and universities to promote shared learning. Monitor school performance and student achievement to guide school improvement efforts. Develop and implement professional development activities for teachers to meet student needs. Oversee the coordination and implementation of educational programs and professional development efforts. Maintain regular attendance and be available on-site to visit LEAMS Education schools during working hours and as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors, complying with lawful directives. WORK EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of progressively responsible experience at campus and central administration levels. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Thorough knowledge of the KHDA Education Framework. Understanding of curriculum, instruction, and student-related services. Proven ability to supervise multiple functions with accountability for results. Proficiency in using technology in administrative and educational settings. Excellent organizational skills. Strong oral and written communication skills.
