Admissions & Family Experience Officer Job Summary This role is responsible for managing the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment. The Admissions & Family Experience Officer will ensure a seamless and positive experience for prospective students and their families.Main Responsibilities: Inquiry Management: Respond promptly to inquiries and provide accurate admission information.Application Processing: Review applications, transcripts, and supporting documents; ensure completeness and follow up with applicants as needed.Interviews and Assessments: Conduct interviews, assessments, or entrance exams; support applicants throughout the process.Admissions Decision-making: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to make acceptance decisions; communicate outcomes professionally and timely.Enrollment Support: Assist admitted students with registration, tuition deposits, and orientation scheduling; coordinate with academic and financial departments.Admissions Events and Outreach: Plan and coordinate open houses, campus tours, and info sessions; represent the school at fairs and visits.Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records using CRM or database systems; generate reports on admissions metrics and trends.Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.Experience in admissions, recruitment, or student affairs preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Familiarity with CRM and database management software.Customer-centric approach and ability to work independently and in teams.Passion for education and promoting institutional values.Candidates interested in this opportunity can apply through our website.
