About Goldfield Holding: Goldfield Holding is an investment company with active interests across the real estate value chain. Our portfolio includes subsidiaries in real estate development, general contracting, brokerage, wood manufacturing, and community malls. As we expand, we are looking to appoint a results-oriented Head of Finance to lead and strengthen our finance operations across the group.Role Summary: We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused finance leader to oversee the financial health of Goldfield Holding and its subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, ERP implementation (Microsoft, Oracle, or Odoo), and managing multi-entity accounting teams.Key Responsibilities: Lead finance and accounting functions across all group companies Manage and mentor finance teams across subsidiaries Oversee group-wide consolidated financial reporting Direct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes Lead ERP implementation and optimization (Microsoft, Oracle, or Odoo)Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and audit requirements Establish internal controls and financial governance frameworks Support executive management with financial modeling and decision-making tools Serve as the primary liaison for auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CA, or equivalent preferred10+ years of experience in finance, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role Proven ERP implementation experience (Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or Odoo)Strong knowledge of consolidated financial statements and group structures Experience in real estate, construction, and leasing is an advantage Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills What We Offer: Leadership role within a growing, multi-sector investment platform Exposure to a dynamic portfolio of real estate and industrial businesses Strategic impact with room to build and modernize group-wide financial systems To Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter via Linked In #J-18808-Ljbffr
