Desired Candidate Profile 15 years of relevant experience Have UPDA Grade A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field, with a focus on water resources. Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification demonstrating expertise in civil engineering practices. Experience with industry-standard software such as Auto CAD, Civil 3D, and hydrological modeling tools like HEC-RAS. Strong understanding of local and national regulations governing water management and environmental protection. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex technical information to diverse audiences. Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of managing teams and guiding junior staff in project execution. Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills to tackle complex drainage challenges. Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work in diverse teams, reflecting a commitment to inclusive practices. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus, especially in regions with diverse populations.
