Job Mission Ensure execution of quality control activities on purchased goods and availability of relevant documentation, in accordance with purchase order requirements and project procedures/contract, optimizing costs. Ensure timely updates of Company Information Systems with reliable data on quality control and inspection activities. Coordinate internal Inspectors and Inspection Agencies to achieve project goals efficiently and cost-effectively, following company best practices and procedures. Job Responsibilities Review project quality control requirements and contractual documentation to identify discrepancies and prevent misunderstandings, supporting supply chain management. Assist in issuing Project QC procedures and finalizing PMC and IDS documentation. Support in PO Inspection Classification and vendor quality document reviews (ITP and Test Procedures). Ensure all necessary documentation (Inspection Assignment Package) is prepared before inspections. Plan and organize PIM meetings with vendors, ensuring all relevant parties are present. Coordinate inspection notifications with clients and third parties, ensuring all documentation is in order prior to inspections. Verify conditions after final tests and ensure timely issuance of inspection reports.
