Arabic Speaker - Qatar We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Cards & Payments Specialistto join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will bring over6 years of hands-on experience in the cards and payments industry , with proven expertise in POS/ATM networks, switching systems , and strong technical knowledge of EMV standardsand theend-to-end transaction lifecycle . A solid background in FIS Cortex (IST)is essential for success in this role. This position is open to Arabic-speaking professionalscurrently residing in Qatar with avalid QID and transferable NOC . Key Responsibilities: Manage and support card and payment processing systems including POS/ATM and switching platforms. Operate and troubleshoot issues within the FIS Cortex (IST)switching platform. Ensure smooth functioning of EMV-based transactions across acquiring and issuing environments. Monitor the full transaction lifecycle, identifying and resolving system or processing issues. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize authorization performance and card services. Maintain compliance with local and international standards for electronic payments. Assist in integration, testing, and deployment of payment solutions. Requirements: 6+ years of relevant experiencein the cards and payments domain (POS, ATM, switching). Hands-on experience with FIS Cortex (IST)switching platform is mandatory. Strong understanding of EMV standardsand theelectronic transaction lifecycle . Bachelor’s degree in information technology , Computer Science, or a related field . Must be Arabic speaking . Must hold avalid QIDwithtransferable NOC( Qatar only ). Preferred Skills: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-demand environment. Experience with card personalization, tokenization, and fraud mitigation is a plus.
