Job Description We are seeking a skilled Assistant Project Manager – Emirati National with a background in architecture or engineering design to join our Integrated Design Delivery Leadership team within the Property & Buildings department. This role offers the opportunity to work on high‑profile projects, supporting the delivery of innovative and sustainable design solutions from concept to construction. The position is for nationalization purposes and open only to UAE Nationals. Responsibilities Support the planning, coordination and execution of large, complex design projects. Understand our project contracts, scope, and deliverables to ensure accurate execution. Coordinate with multidisciplinary design and delivery teams to ensure alignment with project requirements and timelines. Communicate updates, actions and priorities to the project team effectively and efficiently. Support the project lead in communications with the client and stakeholders. Support delivery against the project programme, working with disciplines to ensure collaborative updates and accurate resource allocation. Review design outputs to ensure they meet quality standards and project specifications. Support the coordination with internal teams and authorities to ensure alignment and approvals. Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues to the Project Manager. Participate in project and team meetings, contributing to collaborative problem‑solving and decision‑making. Support the delivery of the Business Unit (BU) strategy, including sustainability and innovation goals. Identify and report business development opportunities and client engagement prospects. Stay current with technical developments and best practices in architecture and engineering. Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or related field. 2–5 years of experience in design and/or project management within the Property & Buildings sector. Strong understanding of integrated design delivery processes and multidisciplinary collaboration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure. Proficiency in project management tools and design software (e.g., Revit, Auto CAD, MS Project).
