Free Zone Operations Manager

Job Purpose To lead and manage all operations related to company formation, licensing, and regulatory compliance within a Free Zone environment.Location: Dubai Department: Operations Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end operations for company setup, licensing, and renewal processes within various Free Zones.Liaise with Free Zone authorities and government bodies to facilitate approvals, visas, and regulatory requirements.Ensure all company formation and licensing activities comply with Free Zone regulations and legal standards.Supervise the preparation and submission of documentation required for new company registration, amendments, and closures.Manage client onboarding processes including consultation, application handling, and follow-up.Stay updated on Free Zone rule changes, market trends, and competitor offerings.Train and lead a team to deliver high standards of service and compliance.Generate regular reports on operational status, risk areas, and process improvements.Qualifications and Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in Free Zone operations or company formation services.Strong understanding of UAE Free Zones and regulatory landscape.Experience dealing with authorities such as DMCC, DIFC, JAFZA, RAKEZ, or similar.Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.Skills: free zone operations, report generation, client onboarding, team leadership, negotiation skills, communication skills, organizational skills, documentation management, company formation, licensing, regulatory compliance.Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Management and Manufacturing Industries Business Consulting and Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
