More information is available at www.atkinsrealis.com or follow us on Linked In.Learn more about our career opportunities at: https: //careers.atkinsrealis.com As a Senior Infra Design Manager, you will lead and manage the design process throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with clients, design consultants, and stakeholders to meet project objectives aligned with client requirements.You will assist the Programme Director/Design Director or Senior Project Manager to ensure scope delivery meets Atkins Realis and client expectations.Responsibilities include: Ensuring adherence to Atkins Realis processes, forms, and deliverables, and applicable client processes.Developing scope of services for Lead Design Consultants (LDC).Managing and assisting in the procurement of Design Consultants.Developing and implementing the Design Management Plan (DMP).Creating a design responsibility matrix to clarify roles among Client, PMC, Design Consultants, and stakeholders.Assisting in developing the Project Quality Plan.Managing the LDC to ensure quality, timely, within-budget deliverables that meet client expectations.Overseeing and managing Design Consultants' activities throughout the project cycle, including planning, organizing, and directing activities. Acting as the management lead for project design, providing quality reviews, and coordinating with stakeholders.Facilitating effective communication and acting as the sole point of contact between the Client and LDC team.Managing the design process, including weekly progress meetings, stage gate submissions, and approval processes.Reviewing consultant deliverables to ensure compliance with project brief and client requirements.Assisting with stakeholder invitations, agendas, minutes, and presentations during the project cycle.Coordinating with Document Controllers to keep project information updated in Share Point.Assisting in change management, including cost and commercial reviews, and implementing change control processes.Supporting value management during design stages.Identifying and managing risks affecting schedule, budget, quality, and compliance.Monitoring and managing the design schedule with Project Controls and LDC.Managing all LDCs in accordance with BIM requirements, supported by the BIM Manager.Overseeing sustainability requirements in line with project brief and client needs, with LEED support.Developing statutory approval workflows in coordination with stakeholders and authorities.Preparing technical documentation for construction tender packages.Performing other duties as assigned.Qualifications: 10-15 years of experience as a design manager, preferably on hospitality projects.Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture.LEED experience is a plus.Previous regional experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.Ability to work in a team and be client-facing.Active leadership style.Why choose Atkins Realis?Tax-free salary Life insurance coverage Comprehensive medical insurance Paid annual leave Company gratuity scheme Discretionary bonus Annual flight contribution Relocation assistance Transportation & housing allowances Company Industry NGOSocial Services Community Services Keywords SENIOR INFRA DESIGN MANAGERDisclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is a platform connecting jobseekers and employers.
