Job Description: Head of Marketing Location: Doha, Qatar Type: Full-Time Are you a digital marketing professional passionate about SEO and AI-driven innovation? Join us as Head of Marketing and elevate our branding, campaigns, and digital storytelling to new heights. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the marketing department. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy (digital, advertising, communications, and creative) aligned with company objectives. Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies to differentiate our offerings in competitive markets. Create and enforce guidelines, best practices, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR) for the marketing team. Set, monitor, and report on team goals, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. Plan and oversee content strategy and visual storytelling across campaigns, websites, and digital channels (Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, X, etc.). Maintain a strong, consistent brand message across all channels, including events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional materials. Drive PR initiatives, partnerships, influencer collaborations, and customer relationship management (CRM) to enhance brand loyalty. Optimize website content, UX, and SEO/SEM performance while overseeing regular maintenance and updates. Leverage AI tools (e.g., Chat GPT, Deep Seek, Canva AI) for market research, content creation, performance analysis, and process innovation. Analyze campaign ROI, track performance metrics, and refine strategies based on data-driven insights. Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion, including untapped segments and regional growth. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, IT, and Operations teams to ensure cohesive execution of initiatives. Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Lead with creativity. Market with innovation. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred). Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with the Gulf market, particularly in events or entertainment industries.
