As a Supply Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in balancing supply and demand, optimizing operational processes, and collaborating across departments. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain international exposure by competing with global players, work in a dynamic environment alongside colleagues from over 26 nationalities, and contribute to a high-growth business that is actively shaping the future of logistics and delivery in the region.Key Responsibilities: Build regional and time-slot-based supply-demand forecasting models using historical data and market trends.Identify peak periods and potential supply gaps to proactively prepare supply plans.Develop effective rider scheduling strategies to ensure alignment with real-time demand.Manage daily shift inventory to ensure adequate coverage across regions and time slots.Set up real-time monitoring tools to quickly detect and address supply imbalances.Dynamically adjust configurations—such as fulfillment radius or service boundaries—to ensure efficient coverage, particularly in high-demand areas.Contribute to the design and refinement of onboarding policies, dispatch logic, and shift release mechanisms.Optimize rider shift efficiency, activation rates, and fulfillment KPIs.Design and execute structured A/B tests and analyze their impact on supply policies.Work closely with Marketing, Fulfillment, and Data teams to align on and implement operational strategies.Coordinate efforts between third-party logistics (3PL) partners and internal fleets to manage demand fluctuations in real-time.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data, or related fields.1+ years of experience in scheduling, dispatching, or supply-demand operations (experience with rider platforms or logistics is a plus).Proficiency in SQL and other data analysis tools; strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.Highly detail-oriented with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.At Keeta, we foster an innovative and collaborative environment that values creativity and teamwork.
