Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.About The Position Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Director – Financial Planning & Analysis to join the resort’s Financial Planning & Analysis team.The Primary Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Are Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and capital investments.Budget Oversight: Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives.Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis with actionable insights.Forecasting: Develop and maintain rolling forecasts to anticipate financial outcomes and support proactive decision-making.Integrate market trends and operational data into forecasting models.Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify risks, and uncover opportunities.Prepare executive-level reports and presentations summarizing financial findings.Supervise and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering professional development and high performance.Promote collaboration and continuous improvement within the FP&A team.About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Minimum 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools Excellent communication and presentation skills Proven leadership and team management capabilities Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA)Hospitality industry experience Familiarity with ERP systems and business intelligence platforms About Wynn Al Marjan Island’s Benefits We offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
